We stayed here in the second half of September, which was outside the season, and thankfully this hotel was open, a rare gem. It is a lovely boutique hotel, with complete beach and sea vibe, lovely breakfast area, very nice decorated and maintained rooms. The staff was just amazing, they catered to all of our wishes, the cleaning lady was awesome, also the staff in the breakfast room were just lovely, and the managers are awesome, very helpful. I will gladly return here again.

Super nice hotel to stay in Rimini! We booked for only one night, but we changed our booking and stayed for more. The breakfast area is super nice and newly renovated. They have non-dairy milk choices and a lot of sweet and salty options. The rooms are clean and the staff is super nice.

The good's: Location is in a front-row practically at the beach Very decent (for Italian standard) breakfast with a selection of "sweat" (normal Italian) and "salty" (scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, vegetables, etc). Comfortable room for 4 people family. Fantastic staff - they REALLY cared and wanted our stay to be great on multiple occasions. Our stay was amazing, but here couple things to improve: The wifi is terribly slow, seems like a super easy improvement for the hotel. Air Conditioning needs some rethinking - in one room we had it wasn't able to keep up with the heat at night, in another room, it pumped out so much cold air directly at the bed, that we often had to turn it off. It's wasn't a big deal, but rather something for owners to improve.

Well it’s a nice hotel with WiFi, friendly staff but no parking, thus you need to think about in advance. It is located in 3 min or less from the sea, absolutely charming view you from your room. The room is usually with balcony, thus you will enjoy the view. Somehow rooms on their photos look better then in real life, however I was too tired to change anything. When I was there you had to wear masks and gloves on a breakfast. By the way the breakfast is great here.

Great place to stay, I recommend it a lot! The staff is kind and is there all the time if you need help or information. The hotel and rooms are very clean and I have nothing to complain about. I had breakfast included with the room price and the food is delicious. If I will be back in Rimini, I'll definitely stay here again.
